AbstractThe curriculum provides a step-by-step description of how to conduct training for police, prosecutors and judges on the sensitive and respectful treatment of hate crime victims. It aims to improve their knowledge and skills on how to respond to and interact with hate crime victims and by doing so, empower victims, prevent re-victimization and build a sense of trust in the criminal justice process.
