AbstractThe documentary shot during the course of "the Multicultural Europe - challenges, threats and opportunities for Poland in XXI century" project. The project was conducted as a series of 2-day workshops, taking place once a month from February to June 2005 in Cracow. It was an initiatvie designed for students, teachers, NGO activists, young leaders, policy-makers and public administration officials. The aim of the program was to provide participants with an overview of multiculturalism in Europe and Poland and a deep understanding of certain key issues, as well as helping them to develop project management skills. The workshops emphasised the value of developing a tolerant way of thinking, full or respect and understanding towards otherness - whatever based on race, ethnicity, religion or anything else.
